Meet Your Coach
Marissa Rivero I am a native Floridian of Cuban decent. Throughout my life I was always active but I never understood what it meant to live a healthy life. In high school I was a member of the school dance team, which helped me stay in decent shape but I also lived on a consistent diet of fast food and sugary drinks. So you could say I definitely wasn’t the healthiest person around.

My father had always set a good example for me. He was a self-described “gym rat” when he met my mother and remained in great shape as my brother and I were growing up. But even with his dedication and passion for fitness I never saw the importance of being a “gym” girl.

About 5 years ago I began seriously working out and it was then I realized what regular exercises can do to a body. Not only did exercise change the way my body looked but it changed the way I felt. I found that exercise made me happy. Often life throws us obstacles that are out of our control. One thing that be in your control is exercise. Therefore I always suggest when you lose your job, go to the gym…. You break up with your significant other, go to the gym…. When your car breaks down hitch a ride and GO TO THE GYM!!! I cannot express how many times in my life I have turned to the gym when stressed sad or angry. It is my solemn belief that regular exercise can change your life. It has mine!

What is your refund policy?
Due to the digital nature of this course, and the fact that digital content can't be returned, this course is non-refundable. We feel confident that we've laid out everything you get in the description above. Please read the details and description of each module so you understand exactly what you are buying. It's like registering for a college course. If you register with the intent to learn, but don't show up, the school doesn't give you a refund. Same rules apply here. We're completely invested in making sure you have the best experience possible, so please ask me questions in my social medias and we will always give you an honest answer so you can make the best decision for you. I am happy to answer any questions. 
Do I need to be in shape already to do this challenge?
No! This challenge is perfect for both beginners and advanced athletes, and you can easily modify any exercises to fit your current level. 
Do I need a gym to complete the exercises?
No! Gym is preferable but all the exercises can be done at home.
Do I need any special equipment to do the Challenge?
A lot of the movements use your bodyweight only! These exercises are designed for you to do at home OR in the gym! We recommend you have access to some Dumbbells, Resistance Band, Loop Band. An exercise mat and stability ball are optional, but alternatives will be given if you don't have these. If you’re missing any of this equipment, there are usually alternative movements you can do as a replacement! Marissa will provide you with a link to purchase her favorite home equipment.


How do I know which workouts I should do after I have signed up?
When you purchase the Challenge, you will receive an email with acces to the private fb group and the membership area where the challenge instructions will be. Then just follow the program, all videos and instructions are listed under TOPICS in our fb group and in our members area aswell - Week 1, Workout 1 etc!
There will be high-intensity routines and new skill training sessions every day, so you stay motivated throughout the whole program. So there's nothing you can do wrong after signing up. Just enjoy the guidance through the workouts and train!

I have allergies and/or dislike certain foods, can the meal plan be adjusted to my needs?
Absolutely! The nutrition plan outlines all the nutritional information in full, which makes it easy to replace items to your needs and preferences.  

Who is the program suitable for? 
The program is perfect for anyone of good health who is ready to take their body to the next level, whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced athlete. 

Who is the program not suitable for?  
If you know of or suspect that you have any injuries or health conditions that would prevent you from performing the exercises, we recommend you speak to your doctor before beginning the program. 

When will I see results?  
Results are individual and will depend on your unique physique, as well as your ability to complete the workouts and nutrition plan; however many people begin to see tangible changes in their body within the first few weeks of the program.
